QuickTransposer is a simple online tool for transposing chords quickly and easily.  Enter each chord you want to transpose into a separate row, by:

• selecting the key from the pop-up menu
• typing the chord abbreviation (7, add9, sus4...) in the small middle box

Then, select the number of semitones to transpose (from one of the pop-up menus at the bottom), and click Transpose.
